It was so much fun working on Tarra and Evan’s wedding! They live in Chicago, but their wedding was in Dallas at SMU Perkins Chapel and the Magnolia Hotel’s Pegasus Ballroom. They wanted a Harlem Renaissance theme, so we went back in time to pull out the Gatsby-esque glitz and fabulous music through the decades from PTP Entertainment. Still Life Media, now known as Jackson Wedding Studios, captured their special day in beautiful photos; Inspired Effects Media provided video coverage; A Stylish Soiree created amazing floral pieces; Dallas Affaires delivered a delicious wedding cake; Hair and makeup by DeeDee Tillis and Christina Finkel and transportation was from Blue Diamond Limousines.
