Altar Ego Weddings is one company serving TWO locations – Austin AND Dallas-Fort Worth! We don’t get to bring much Dallas to the Hill Country, but sometimes the two should mesh. Enter our “Chambray Pop” styled shoot for Brides of Austin magazine. We designed this shoot to infuse some preppy into the Austin landscape. Today’s wedding trends dictate an organic, flowy design in both flowers and decor. It’s a very Austin vibe and we love it. We like to go against the grain every once in awhile though. Sometimes we crave something a bit more tailored and maybe more……..DALLAS. To achieve the look, we combined a crisp chambray blue with modern, structured bright red flowers and put it all against a Texas Hill Country backdrop at Austin venue Barr Mansion. What we got was a refreshing, well-styled, clean design.
