I founded Altar Ego Weddings in 2007 to help brides have a stress-free wedding planning process.  As a bride, you should have an "experience" on your wedding day.  That shouldn't include worrying about which vendors have arrived, whether or not you're on time or who's supposed to be where.  I will do that for you while you focus on getting married!  Nothing makes me happier than a worry-free bride having a blast on her wedding day!  I'm often asked what kind of wedding I specialize in.  My only answer is, "the kind where a bride & groom get married!"  I love them all - big and small, every color of the rainbow, modern, classic, rustic, whimsical or even off-the wall!  Every couple is unique and has their own ideas! 

I have an undergraduate degree and an MBA, so I enjoy both the planning and organization side of the business.  I have earned the designation of CWP, Certified Wedding Planner, through AACWP, the Association of Certified Wedding Planners. I am also an instructor and facilitator for the AACWP training course, mentor and serve on the board of directors as Education Chair.  

It will be my honor to use my expertise and vendor relationships to make your wedding day what you want it to be!  Let me take the stress off you so you can just relish planning your wedding!

A good planner can plan for various scenarios,  but no matter how much you plan, something inevitably will happen that you do not expect. Have you heard the quote from Of Mice and Men, that the best laid plans often go astray?  I believe the best planner must be flexible and react quickly to unforeseen circumstances so that you can continue to relax and enjoy your family and friends! My business degree and military background have taught me to not only have contingency plans but also to adapt quickly and be decisive when faced with unexpected situations! Until the very last guest departs your reception, I will be behind the scenes overseeing every little detail to make sure the event flows effortlessly, and you leave with memories you will cherish for years and years to come!
